These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.dls.it (the "Site"), operated by Tip Tap Factory S.R.L. Access to the Site implies reading and full acceptance of these Terms. Those who do not accept them are invited not to use the Site.

2. Purpose and Acceptance
The Site allows Users to: (i) discover the DLS- brand and its collections; (ii) access e-commerce, Repair, and Experience services; (iii) create and manage a personal account; (iv) subscribe to the newsletter; (v) view editorial content related to DLS-'s artisanal tradition.
Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, available in specific sections of the Site. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after modifications implies acceptance of the same.
3. Access and User Account
3.1 Registration
Browsing the Site is free and unrestricted. Some services (e-commerce, Repair, Experience) require account creation. The User is required to provide truthful and updated data and to keep their access credentials confidential.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the Site — including texts, photographs, videos, logos, illustrations, graphics, and source code — is the exclusive property of Tip Tap Factory S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by current intellectual property and copyright laws (Italian Law 633/1941 and EU Directive 2019/790).
The User is permitted to:
– view and print Site content for strictly personal and non-commercial use.
The User is expressly prohibited from:
– reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, or publishing Site content on other channels without written authorization from the Company;
– using DLS- trademarks for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
– creating derivative works from protected content on the Site;
– removing or altering any copyright notices or other intellectual property markings.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Behavior
The Site must be used lawfully and respectfully. It is prohibited to:
– use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations;
– transmit offensive, defamatory, fraudulent content or content that infringes on third-party rights;
– attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Company's or third parties' computer systems;
– use software, bots, or automated tools to collect data from the Site (scraping);
– compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Site or its services;
– transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful computer code;
– make purchases for commercial resale purposes without authorization.
Violation of these provisions may result in the immediate suspension of the account and, where applicable, legal action by the Company.
6. User-Generated Content
Should the Site allow the User to post reviews, comments, or other content, the User guarantees that such content is truthful, does not infringe on third-party rights, and complies with the law. The User guarantees to have all necessary rights to the published content and assumes all responsibility in case of infringement of third-party rights. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.
The User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and geographically unlimited license to use the published content for the proper functioning of the Site.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites provided solely for the User's convenience. The Company exercises no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or any damage resulting from accessing them. The presence of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company endeavors to ensure the continuity and security of the Site but cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability. It is not responsible for:
– temporary interruptions of the Site due to maintenance, updates, or technical causes beyond its control;
– inaccuracies or incompleteness in the information on the Site, within the limits permitted by law;
– damages suffered by the User as a result of accessing or using the Site, including damages resulting from viruses or malicious code from external sources;
– loss of data or indirect damages, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
9. Site Availability and Maintenance
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Site for ordinary or extraordinary maintenance interventions, as well as for security reasons, without prior notice. In the event of planned interruption, the Company will endeavor to provide adequate advance notice through the Site or via email.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the availability of the Site and its services at any time, without prior notice. In the event of definitive discontinuation, the Company will take reasonable measures to allow registered Users to retrieve their data.
13. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between the Company and the consumer User, the competent court is that of the User's residence or elected domicile, if located in Italian territory, pursuant to art. 66 of the Consumer Code. For any other dispute, the Court of Fermo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The consumer User's right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided by applicable law remains unaffected.
