Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Timeframe and procedure

The consumer User has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement without stating the reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal may be exercised by:

• Written communication sent to customercare@dls.it within the specified timeframe;
• The specific procedure in the "Returns" section of the Profile (for registered Users).

Return of the Products

The User is required to return the Products within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return costs are borne by the User. The Products must be returned:

• intact, unused, and free from signs of wear;
• in the intact original packaging, including any accessories and attached documentation;
• with a copy of the delivery receipt inserted inside the packaging.

Refund

The Company will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receipt of the same, provided that:

• the Products have been returned and are intact;
• the original packaging/container of the Products is also returned and is intact;
• any accessories are also returned and are intact;
• the Products have not been used.

The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In the event of purchase via Bank Transfer, any additional costs are borne by the User.

Return costs are borne by the User.

If Users exercise the right of withdrawal in a manner not compliant with the procedures and terms set out in this article "Right of Withdrawal and Returns", Users are not entitled to a refund of the price.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that are personalized or custom-made at the User's request, nor to products purchased during online promotional events.
