These General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale (the "General Terms") apply to all purchase agreements concluded between the User and Tip Tap Factory S.R.L. (the "Company") through the website www.dls.it (the "Website"). Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
Submitting a purchase order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms in the version published at the time of the order.
1. The Company

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "User": any natural person who accesses the Website and/or makes a purchase as an end consumer, for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity.
- "Products": handmade 100% Made in Italy footwear and accessories available for purchase in the Website's Online Shop.
- "Order": the purchase proposal submitted by the User through the Website, according to the procedure indicated in article 5.
- "Order Confirmation": the email communication sent by the Company to confirm the acceptance of the Order and the shipment of the Products.
- "Processing Receipt": the automatic communication sent upon receipt of the Order, which does not constitute acceptance of the Order.
- "Purchase Agreement": the distance selling contract concluded between the Company and the User following the sending of the Order Confirmation.
- "Profile": the reserved area of the Website accessible after authentication, through which the User can consult their data, manage orders, and return requests.
3. Commercial Policy
The Company sells Products exclusively to end consumers. Purchase for resale or commercial purposes is not permitted. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders that do not comply with this policy or these General Terms.
4. Registration and User Account
4.1 Account creation
Registration on the Website is not mandatory to make purchases. However, it is recommended to access dedicated services, monitor orders, and manage return requests in a simplified manner. When registering, the User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete data.
4.2 Account responsibility
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities performed through their account. In case of unauthorized use, the User must promptly inform the Company at customercare@dls.it.
4.3 Account closure
The User may request deactivation or deletion of their account at any time by contacting Customer Care. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close the account in case of violation of these General Terms.
5. Order Process and Contract Conclusion
5.1 Product Availability
The Products available for purchase are those present on the Website at the time the Order is submitted. The images and colors published are for illustrative purposes: they may not faithfully reproduce the actual characteristics of the Products, also due to the settings of the device used by the User.
5.2 Submitting an Order
To make a purchase, the User selects the desired Products, adds them to the cart, and completes the checkout process by making payment and checking the order summary (products, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and payment method). Submitting the Order constitutes a binding purchase proposal.
5.3 Confirmation and conclusion of the Contract
The Company sends the User a Processing Receipt upon receipt of the Order: this does not constitute acceptance. The Purchase Agreement is finalized exclusively with the sending of the Order Confirmation, transmitted via email from an official DLS- address to the address indicated by the User.
If the User does not receive the Order Confirmation within 2 working days, the Order shall be deemed refused by the Company, which will notify the User and, if applicable, refund any amounts already debited.
5.4 Subsequent unavailability
In case of subsequent unavailability of one or more ordered Products, the Company will communicate to the User the indicative times for restoring availability. The User may choose to keep the Order or cancel it within 48 hours of the communication. In case of cancellation, the refund will be made within the terms provided by law using the same payment method used.
6. Prices and Payment Methods
6.1 Prices
Prices indicated on the Website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately before the Order is finalized. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time: the price published at the time the Order is submitted will apply.
For extra-EU deliveries, any customs duties, taxes, and charges provided for by the legislation of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the User, to be paid directly to the competent authorities or to the courier upon delivery.
6.2 Accepted payment methods
The Website accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — via secure circuit. The Company does not access or store the User's card data.
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
The Company reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time. Those published on the Website at the time the Order is submitted will be usable.
6.3 Pricing errors
The Company reserves the right to cancel the Order if, due to technical, IT, or material errors, the price published on the Website is manifestly incorrect or clearly unreasonable compared to the real value of the Product.
In such cases, the Company will promptly inform the User and will proceed with any refund of amounts already paid.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping times
The Company ships available Products within 2 working days from receipt of payment confirmation. For Products not immediately available, shipment will take place within 5-7 working days from the restoration of stock availability.
7.2 Estimated delivery times
- Italy: within 48 hours from the shipping date
- European countries: within 5–7 working days from the shipping date
- Extra-European countries: within 10 working days from the shipping date. Any customs duties, taxes, and charges provided for by the legislation of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the User and may affect delivery times.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
7.3 Tracking
Following shipment, the User will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor their shipment. The information can also be viewed in the "My Orders" section of the Profile.
7.4 Verification upon delivery
Upon delivery, the User (or the person designated by them) is required to verify: (i) the correspondence of the number and type of Products received with what is indicated in the transport document; (ii) the integrity of the packaging. Any anomalies must be immediately disputed by making a written reservation on the delivery receipt and reported within 7 days via email to customercare@dls.it.
7.5 Failure to collect
In case of failure to collect within the terms established by the courier, the Products will be returned to the Company. The User will receive a refund of the price of the Products, excluding shipping costs, any additional costs due to customs duties, taxes, and charges provided for by the legislation of the destination country, and excluding storage costs for non-collection, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 Term and methods
The consumer User has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Withdrawal can be exercised by:
- Written communication sent to customercare@dls.it within the indicated term;
- Specific procedure in the "Returns" section of the Profile (for registered Users).
8.2 Return of Products
The User is required to return the Products within 14 days of communicating withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the User. Products must be returned:
- intact, unused, and free from signs of wear;
- in their original intact packaging, including any accessories and accompanying documentation;
- with a copy of the delivery receipt inserted inside the packaging.
8.3 Refund
The Company will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of its receipt, provided that:
- the Products have been returned and are intact;
- the original packaging/box of the Products has also been returned and is intact;
- any accessories have also been returned and are intact;
- the Products have not been used.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
In case of purchase by Bank Transfer, any additional costs are borne by the User.
Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
If Users exercise the right of withdrawal not in accordance with the methods and terms referred to in this article 8, Users are not entitled to a refund of the price.
8.4 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Products or Products custom-made according to the User's specifications.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All Products sold by the Company are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128–132 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the product, applicable to consumers.
The lack of conformity must be reported to the Company by sending an email to customercare@dls.it with: order number, description of the defect, and photographic documentation.
In case of an ascertained defect, the User has the right, at their choice and compatible with legal limits, to the repair or replacement of the Product; alternatively, to a reduction in price or termination of the contract with a refund of the price paid.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, negligence, carelessness, normal wear and tear, non-compliant washing, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided with the Product or present on the Website.
10. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the Website — including texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, illustrations, and source code — is the exclusive property of Tip Tap Factory S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by current intellectual property and copyright law.
The User is prohibited from:
- reproducing, copying, modifying, or distributing the content of the Website without prior written authorization from the Company;
- creating derivative works from the content of the Website;
- using DLS- trademarks for commercial purposes without authorization.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for: delays or missed deliveries attributable to the courier or force majeure, including but not limited to, strikes, wars, pandemics, logistical blockages; damage to the Products occurring after their delivery to the carrier, where the latter was chosen by the User; any inaccuracies in the images or descriptions of the Products, within the limits of normal tolerance; temporary interruptions of the Website for maintenance or technical reasons.
12. Protection of Personal Data
The processing of Users' personal data is carried out by the Company in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. For detailed information on the purposes, methods and retention periods of the data, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
13. Amendments to the General Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these General Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. The amendments will not affect Orders already confirmed. The User is advised to consult this section periodically.
14. Complaints, Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
14.1 Complaints
For any complaint or request for information, the User can contact Customer Care at customercare@dls.it. The Company undertakes to respond within 3 working days.
The possibility for the consumer User to avail themselves of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by applicable law remains unaffected.
14.2 Applicable Law and Competent Court
These General Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between the Company and the consumer User, the court of the place of residence or elected domicile of the User, if located in Italian territory, shall have jurisdiction, pursuant to art. 66 of the Consumer Code. For all other disputes, the Court of Fermo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
